Highlights
Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) thin films fabricate by spray pyrolysis method.
XRD data show the amorphous nature of these films.
The impact of deposition temperature on the physical properties of RGO were explored.
Data analysis showed a high absorption coefficient for RGO on glass substrates.
The band gap value by increasing temperature varied from 1.67 eV to 1.88 eV.
